Romangate Project Services Ltd. policies are generally focused on strategies, functionally operatives to achieve our set objectives. We have a network team of personal experiences of our day-to-day activities. Our personnel consist of experts who define and implant our policies thereby making us managers of human and material resources.
HSE Policy:
It is the policy of Romangate Project Services Ltd. to carry out its activities in such a way that will comply with relevant legislations. Proper attention is given to the health and safety of their employees, contract personnel and all other person affected directly or indirectly by their activities. Proper regard is given to minimize any possible undesirable hazards effect of their activities on the environment and other personnel in the site. Every employees both permanent and contract personnel of Romangate Project Services Ltd. has the responsibility to follow safe work practices and have foremost concern for the health and of all persons involved.
Quality Assurance Policy:
It is the policy of Romangate Project Services Ltd. to develop and operate working practices and work to procedures as to always – meet customer's specifications in regard to these policy objectives shall seek to:
- Ensure that all our services comply with relevant industrial code Standards, statutory regulations and customer’s specifications.
- Ensure that construction absolutely meets customers schedule i.e. date for construction, supplies, inspection and commissioning.
- Establish systematic quality control audit viz – a – non – conformity date collection and statistic processing with a view to reducing the frequency of product non – conformity.
- Ensure that changes in industry code and standards are made
available for references. These shall include those published by
bodies on engineering subjects such as API, ASME/SANI, ANST,
BU, AWS, NSO, IEC, and ISO etc. - Establish a well - defined procedure for quality control, plans, personnel roles and functions and ensure that these are adequately communicated to all levels of the organization.
- Investigate all operational non – conformities on time in order to correct and prevent future occurrences.
- Prevent failure in service by a consistent approach to quality assurance at every stage of contract implementation.
- Ensure that quality assurance records are readily available and also the training of personnel to ensure quality service.
